[BUG] UniGetUI doesn't respect the "Installation scope" for PowerShell modules (continued)

• I have tested that this issue has not been fixed in the latest (beta or stable) release.

This is continuation of #5098 - I was unable to reopen it.

After the update of UniGetUI the issue persists, but in a slightly different way.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Click on "Installed packages" on the left.
2. Enter "Devolutions" in the packages at the search bar on the top.
3. Right-click "Devolutions.PowerShell" package, select "Uninstall Options".
4. Change Operation profile (top right) to Update.
5. Click "Architecture".
6. Try changing Installation scope dropdown.
7. Observe that "Command line to run" doesn't change.

Now it works correctly. After changing the scope for just this one package, the "Update selection" in the main view worked just fine. Thank you for fixing it!
