Add a more complete rotation axis input

In the first instance, it is assumed that the rotation is always along the phi axis and there's only an input for phi start position.
In the future there should be:

• the possibility to choose between phi and omega rotation
• text boxes to set kappa and the other fixed rotation axis

Acceptance Criteria

• We can set all the axes positions from the UI
