Merge the run test buttons into one and connect them to the main serial plan #39
Description
This will need i19-bluesky#133 to be set up first.
Once there is an entry point plan in i19_bluesky/serial exposed to blueapi, with the correct input parameters, a new Run button should replace the current two Run ... test buttons and use the blueapi client to trigger the collection plan.
The parameters for the plan should be read from the UI and passed as plan_params to blueapi
Acceptance Criteria
- There is only one Run butto and that is connected to the run_serial entry point plan
