Bootstrap URL parsing logic will need to be revisited

Encountered an error when using Murfey with an Ingress, whereby the port 8080 was incorrectly added to the netloc of the Ingress, causing the download functions to break. It still works fine when connecting to the backend server directly, so this is not too urgent of an issue.
