Backup won't run after running utility

I had the same problem as everyone else after reverting from Win 10 pro 64 bit back to win 7 ultimate 64 bit. The utility seemed to restore all my tasks, but when I attempted to run a backup I got an error as follows "Windows backup failed while determining libraries location of one of the users included in backup.
Details: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. error code 0x81000031"
Any ideas to fix this. Thanks!

Sorry about the lack of response, I don’t seem to get notified when an issue is raised. Discussions work better for problems of this sort.

This is not an uncommon problem, and relates to inaccessible folders being included as part of the library. Select the library in Windows Explorer, right click and choose properties. You should see a list of the folders included in the library. The chances are that one or more of them is not reachable.
