Contribute Spanish UI strings for i18n

Context

Once the i18n framework lands (#90), we will need translations for the UI strings. The Spanish translation can be done incrementally by Spanish-speaking contributors without requiring deep system knowledge.

Acceptance criteria

• Translate strings in locales/es.json to natural Latin-American Spanish (not literal English-to-Spanish)
• Match technical EA vocabulary used by Spanish-speaking architects (e.g., "Capacidad" for Capability, "Aplicación" for Application)
• Submit as a PR with the translated locales/es.json

Notes for first-time contributors

• Wait until i18n — Spanish localization for LATAM market #90 lands before starting (the file structure may change).
• Glossary will be added as part of i18n — Spanish localization for LATAM market #90.
• Native Spanish speakers strongly preferred — quality of translation matters more than completeness on first PR.
