• Update documentation regarding covariates when there are adjustments and make sure no warnings or errors. Still a warning if you ask for automated model selection when you have covariates. You must specify the exact number of adjustments.
• Check pass over of information about whether you scale by either sigma or the truncation distance - seems to be there in the code - this is only implemented for adjustment terms?
• Don't need to change size to Cluster Size - just a normal covariate
• Set option which means that only detection function is fitted.
• Solve remaining errors and warnings.
