Apply YAML-safe string formatter to RHYML templates #35
Description
The first application of this new Liquid filter should be in the files templates that create the RHYML-compliant YAML files for rhx x.x.x --yaml drafting. These templates are:
- lib/releasehx/rhyml/templates/rhyml.yaml.liquid
- lib/releasehx/rhyml/templates/rhyml-change.yaml.liquid
- lib/releasehx/rhyml/templates/rhyml-change-append.yaml.liquid
