The bot is being rewritten almost from the ground up with a few goals in mind, chief among them being to minimize downtime, standardize the format of streamer lists between this and HolodexBot, and improve the current cache system. The specific tasks to those respective goals are to utilize the official YouTube API to minimize reliance on my screwy API and Holodex, create a new repository with a running list of streamers to track (and add a filter to DiscordBot so it doesn't have to track the entire list), and create an SQL database that will store response objects from the YouTube API for both entire channels as well as individual videos/streams. Though the milestone is titled "2023 rewrite", it may take well over a year to complete, as I currently have no clue how to even approach the SQL idea.
