Replace all PNG images in application assets by SVGs

Unfortunately, manipulating svg is not always super handy with JavaFx. I might switch from PNGs to SVGs in case of a full UI redesign. It's not something planned soon, I have other priorities regarding stability and optimization rather than look and feel improvements.

PNGs won't be well rendered if you have high resolution and a render scale > 100%. The next UI revamp (if it happens) will be the opportunity to move forward with SVGs.

Make the UI revamp into a project. You should make more projects generally for the next few versions, it's useful for roadmapping
