Default browser can't be opened "The BROWSE action is not supported on the current platform!"

Short description of the problem.

When running OwlPlug, the webpage cannot be opened if I try to open the webpage of any plugin in the “Explore” section.

Steps to reproduce (for bugs).

Go to the “Explore” page, select any plugin, and click “Website.”

Expected vs actual behavior.

Expected:

• The website should open in the default browser.

Actual behavior:

• Nothing happens

Additional information

I found a possible fix for this with calling the javafx.application.HostServices.showDocument(URL)
Since this might be a simple solution, I took a few minutes to put one together. Since we need to discuss it first, I haven't created a pull request for it yet. Feel free to share your thoughts.

Thanks for reporting the issue. Problem is similar to #330 and also impacting KDE environments.

Both issues could be adressed by checking desktop supported actions or caching UnsupportedOperation exception.

It seems like an easy fix. I've added a possible implementation to my fork. It looks like GitHub has linked it here as well. 😅
