Description

Problem

Parent-directory CLAUDE.md (in rvt-recon-2026-04-19/) was
last reviewed 2026-04-28, the day before v0.2.0 shipped
(2026-04-29). It still says "narrow Revit 2023 ArcWall proof"
and "validated only on 2024-2026 corpus paths" as the wall
ceiling. Post-v0.2.0 reality:

  • 7 IFC element classes from real RVT bytes
  • 295/360 walls (82%) on 2024_Core_Interior.rvt
  • 800/953 total elements (84%) across 7 classes
  • Symmetric-tuple-marks-resource pattern is the load-bearing
discovery, not yet captured in CLAUDE.md
  • Walker 5b language is stale — RE-14 pipeline subsumes it

Scope

  • Update "Current state — rvt-rs — what ACTUALLY works now"
    section against CHANGELOG.md [0.2.0].
  • Update "What is NOT done (the blind-side gap)" to reflect
the new gap: real geometry (placeholders today), real names
    (placeholders today), additional classes (window/roof/stair/
    MEP).
  • Update "Known failure modes I've exhibited before" if any
    new patterns surfaced post-v0.2.0.
  • Re-date the file (Last reviewed: 2026-MM-DD).
  • The file is at parent path, NOT in the repo — but it
influences every session, so worth fixing.

Acceptance criteria

  • CLAUDE.md fact-checks against CHANGELOG [0.2.0].
  • No contradictions with ROADMAP.md current snapshot.
  • Last-reviewed date updated.
