Import / Upload Annotations

Importing or uploading Annotations would be super useful.

I want to automatically generate some annotations (in Python), save them as csv or txt format and then import them into your amazing tool so that I can delete some of the incorrect annotations and add some that were not automatically generated. Do you think you would be able to implement this feature?

@Dubrzr Hope you had a great holiday Julien. I was also on holiday exploting my own country. Do you think the upload annotations feature is possible? Sorry I can't help much with development - I only know Python and R languages. Sam.
