[BetterStats] New advanced miner output not computed properly in theoretical max

The newly added advanced miner in DSP does not seem to be taken in account in theoretical max computation of raw minerals output. If you want to fix this, note that this miner have an in-game slider to change its output between 100% and 300%.

By the way, I like this mod very much.

It does calculate the max correctly, however it caps it at 30/s. This is because of an earlier fix I believe where the output for miners was capped at 30/s because that's max belt speed so it wouldn't look like you had way more production than your miners could actually output.

What it doesn't take into account is that the advanced miners can output 120/s on belts and max production/s via drones.
