Update E4S Quick Start page for Summer 2026 onboarding activities

We want to provide E4S resources to interns onboarding in the summer of 2026. The QuickStart page provides some good content, but we want more options, more thorough guidance, and additional examples.

Some new container resources are:
We have updated the minimal, customizable E4S container and pushed it to DockerHub, and made the SIF available for download:

Task for next meetings:

• Identify the containers we want to post on the QuickStart webpage
• Develop additional examples that provide simple simulation runs and simple AI runs
• Look for alpha testers for the quickstart
• Learn what E4S supports in terms of AI, example: https://github.com/ParaToolsInc/e4s-cloud-examples/tree/main/vllm
• Add how-to on getting Huggingface credentials
