generate script for pymol mapping SLiMs on AFmodel

if a AF model is found by the pipeline, it comes handy to have a script compatible with pymol to do the selection of the slims and color them - this would be the next natural step to understand the results in the way we process the data now

currently we do this through a simple external python script that generates the pml script to import in pymol, we can see how to move forward
