In this case: /data/user/shared_projects/mavisp/ADH1B/slims/lirs/slimfast/P00325 all the motifs pass the filter for disorder but if one look the DSSP classification and the model visually with Pymol could see that some are either in helices or in beta-strands so they should be all "False"
