We can then move the entire new protein folder in shared_project/mavisp/ as done here: /data/user/shared_projects/mavisp/MAST2/MAST2_2026/

N.B. in mutatex_data remember to change the name of the existing folder from proteinname to proteinname_foldx5 before copying the new data, see an example for elf3 in cosmic_tsg
