C# NuGet package doesn't expose Highs_changeObjectiveOffset

I'm currently using .NET package v1.14.0 and noticed that Highs_changeObjectiveOffset is missing from the exposed functions.

I'm using my own [DllImport] as a workaround for now.

Highs_setCallback
Highs_startCallback
Highs_stopCallback
Highs_getRanging
