Design CSV format for ACDD content

What should the CSV format be to capture the ACDD content be?

To get us started, propose the following CSV format and an example using the recommended "publisher_name" from http://wiki.esipfed.org/index.php/Attribute_Convention_for_Data_Discovery.

id, rdf:type, rdfs:label, dct:identifier, status, skos:definition, rdfs:seeAlso
"publisher_name", rdf:Property, "publisher_name", "publisher_name", "recommended", "The name of the person (or other entity specified by the publisher_type attribute) responsible for publishing the data file or product to users, with its current metadata and format.", http://wiki.esipfed.org/index.php/Attribute_Convention_for_Data_Discovery_1-3#publisher_name
