Filter on Research Software tier

Would there be value in being able to filter by the individual tiers of the three tier model, so that (for example) users can select tools which are only categorised as "Research Infrastructure Software"?

It is already there, we 'just' don't stick to the same naming convention, which should be investigated.

ohh - is this the "Your software's targets" filter? That really wasn't clear to me that was the same as the rings defined in https://everse.software/TechRadar/#/about. This means that this is actually related to #399 then :)
