skilllite init no network

Now skilllite init need git clone from GitHub，how to use in no network env？

I think you installed by pip，and init will downloand the skills to local.
installing via pip install skilllite only bundles the skilllite binary; skilllite init still shells out to the system git for cloning, so git must be installed and on PATH.

1. Confirm git is installed and runnable, e.g. git --version.

2. Offline or restricted network: either pre-populate .skills/ with skill folders (each containing SKILL.md) so init skips the download step, or set SKILLLITE_SKILLS_REPO to a local path (absolute path, or a relative path starting with ./ or ../) pointing at a clone/copy of the skills source you prepared on a machine with network access.

3. If you only need init without pulling package dependencies, use skilllite init --skip-deps
