Support for multiple instances

It would be great if this could support multiple instances. Any plans on implementing this?

Yes, though in my case it's having both GHE and GH accounts.

I can see I need that too as you can see from my late reply. I will try to implement that. But I've been quite occupied lately. So feel free to make a PR if you want.
