Opening a flow from the catalog that is already open in the editor overwrites the current changes

Describe the bug
When a workflow is open in editor with changes, and you open this workflow from the catalog. It opens the last saved version over the current version resulting in a loss of changes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a flow that is in the catalog
2. Change something in the flow
3. Go to catalog and select the flow that was opened
4. open flow

Expected behavior
It should navigate to this flow, but not open the flow on top of the flow.
