Allow Customisation of Encoded File Names

This feature would allow people who need their files organised differently to easily set the output names without having to modify the code.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add config parameters for changing the output names of movies and tv shows.
• This should be implemented into the new TUI input interface (Move input.py to tui.py. #5).
