Errors on login with consecutive sign in

Hi Pim,

I'm experiencing issues in runtime with the MFA login when a users signs in after signing out.
In the logs I see the following errors (where username is filled in the INFO logmessage, but the user seems empty in the WARNING message.

F5 or a new tab does not resolve the issue. Users are using a autofill function for user/password.
What could be the issue here?
