Add support for app proxy

add the app proxy widget to the configuration panel and then when creating a map they mixin any proxies. The Basic Viewer shows an example of using layerMixins around line 1353.

We have published a story map application on http://localgovtestdev.mapsdevext.arcgis.com. However, we are not able to see the proxy parameter 'appproxies' in the configuration panel.

Configuration parameter set for proxy is as shown below

We have also gone through the configuration parameter which is set to the templates. However, we didn't find any parameter which describes 'appproxies'.

Could you please share an application which displays 'appproxies' while configuring it. This will help us in implementing a support for app proxy.

@CTLocalGovTeam : The Basic Viewer app shows the necessary changes, although the line reference mentioned in the original issue is old and may not be entirely accurate any more.

For future reference: Unless specifically stated otherwise, story maps should not be used as reference for our development work as they follow their own dev patterns. We try to use Basic Viewer as a frame of reference whenever possible.

UPDATE:
For basic viewer, you can see where the app proxy is added to the config on line 8 of the config panel file
The mixins are updated on line 1383 of main.js

We are referring to "Esri Viewer" template.

We found "appproxies" parameter on line number 8. However the mixins are updated on line number 1359 as shown in the screenshot.

We published this application but still we are not able to see the proxy parameter 'appproxies' in the configuration panel.

Please let us know if we are missing something or we are looking into different repository.

I thought it would just appear, but I guess that in order for this parameter to display in the config panel, the map must contain content that requires use of the proxy.

For example, you can add the World Traffic layer to your map:
From the AGOL web map >Add> Browse Living Atlas Layers. Search for 'traffic' and add the World Traffic Service. When this map is used in Basic Viewer, there is a new section that appears on the General tab of the config panel.

• We are able to see the app proxy section in configuration panel in “Basic Viewer” application.
• As soon as we select a web map which requires proxy settings, proxy section appears below the “Select Web Map” section.

• We have added the parameter {"type":"appproxies"} in the Configuration Parameters. However, we are not able to see the same proxy section in “Crowd Source Reporter” app.

• On application load, identity manager appears. But even after successful authentication/selecting the respective web map, proxy section does not appear in the configuration panel.

• The only difference we see here is that “Basic Viewer” is a web map template and “Crowd Source Reporter” is a group template.

Please let us know your thoughts on this.

current widget doesn't support group apps. moving to the next release to give the team time to adjust the parameter
