Add functionality to delete records

Email from Kevin Armstrong ( esri public safety): Is there a way to actually delete a record when using Crowdsource Manager? I have a customer asking me for the best app for someone to use for finding a particular record and changing or deleting it. They wouldn’t necessarily have the location, just an ID number. I thought Crowdsource Manager would be great for them to search and easily display/edit attributes but they also have a requirement to delete data.
