One of maps wouldn't open on a mobile

In our citizen reporter application one of the maps stopped working (wouldn't open) when using application on a mobile device. It works as expected on the desktop.

Hi @Nataliya1, that map is failing for me on my desktop in Chrome as well. When I look in the browser debugger I am seeing a lot of request failing to the following service:

https://utility.arcgis.com/usrsvcs/servers/c824d5b62c8c4efe8dbfb5eb09ab0205/rest/services/GraffitiReports/FeatureServer/0

Did something change with this secured service?

Hi @chris-fox, there have been no changes that I can remember or find.

My map hasn't changed since August of 2019:

My hosted layer hasn't changed since May of 2019:

And my layer view (with stored credentials) hasn't changed since Oct of 2019:

Just a side note - the Graffiti layer is our biggest layer. It has a lot of attachments (several Gbs ). Could that be causing an issue?

It is possibly related to the size, I am not aware of any limitations though. If you add the original (not secure) service to a new web map does everything load properly?

I tried following:

1. Adding the original (AGO hosted not secured) service to the new map, and to the existing Graffiti map and the map/layer loaded just fine.
2. Creating a new View (with secured credentials) and repointing my graffiti map to use that new view, and the map DIDN'T work with new view.

Side note: The same view (with stored credentials) is used in the different Graffiti webmap that is used in Report Manager and the map and layer works fine there.
