Cursor plugin is outdated

The version of the Cursor plugin currently installed is approximately 3 weeks old and is missing all ce/* skills.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the Cursor plugin following with /add-plugin compound-engineering
2. Check the available skills, no ce/* skills are present. Only workflow/*.

I have started using /ce/* as suggested by plugin
