§5 People (lightweight CRM derived from chats — status, last-contact, open-threads, next-step) and §6 Meetings + To-dos as first-class queryable rows, each linked to a source message.

Current state (verified)

• Absent. No people/contacts/leads/meetings/todos tables. Action items exist only as prose inside the summary overview.
• Reuse: build meeting/task extraction on S3's structured action-items rather than a parallel pipeline.

Design + plan drafted → docs/superpowers/specs/2026-06-12-s7-people-meetings-todos-design.md (local). 14 atomic test-first commits. Depends on S3 (structured actionItems[]).
Approach: three tenant-scoped RLS tables — people (derived from participants), meetings, todos — each with source_message_id; materialized (not computed-on-read), rebuildable. Extraction = pure extractEntities() mapping S3's actionItems[]→rows, hooked into the summary txn. §5 People two-pane + §6 LOCAL-only agenda/calendar + To-dos checklist; every source chip reuses S2 thread view. Calendar CONNECT is S8/gated — .gcal-connect banner deliberately omitted.
❓Decide: (1) materialize-all vs computed meetings/todos; (2) hard-block on S3's per-item sourceMessageId vs fallback prompt.

Merged ✅ PR #69 (S7 backend) → main. people + meetings + todos RLS tables; extractEntities (decisions[]→meetings/todos, time/keyword classify, owner-match); repos (done preserved on re-upsert; refreshPeople from owners); GET /api/people /api/meetings /api/todos + PATCH /api/todos/:id; structured summarize paths best-effort refreshEntitiesForGroup. Note: S3 ships actionItems[] empty so S7 derives from decisions[]. People + Meetings UI building in parallel.

Merged ✅ PR #70 (S7 UI) → main. Playwright-verified live (seeded rows, serve-only): אנשים shows רועי as cold-lead with a 'הצעד הבא' next-step card + avatar; פגישות ומשימות shows the month calendar + the meeting + the To-dos checklist where toggling the round checkbox fired PATCH /api/todos/1 {done:true} and persisted; deleted seeded rows after. S7 (People + Meetings/To-dos) COMPLETE (backend #69 + UI #70).
