N7 Google Calendar two-way sync of detected meetings (onboarding + §6 Meetings "connect" banner).

⚠️ Constitution conflict

This is an outbound third-party cloud integration. The core principle is "all inference local, nothing leaves the box except the read-only WhatsApp link." Calendar sync sends data out. Constitution v2.0.0 still defers managed/cloud/third-party integrations.

Required before implementation

• Decide direction: (1) constitution amendment (MAJOR bump, explicit opt-in, rationale) — or (2) reframe as local-only .ics export (no outbound sync) — or (3) drop from scope

• Only then: spec the integration

Do not implement silently. In the prototype it is a "connect" affordance only.

⛔ Blocked. Google Calendar two-way sync is an OUTBOUND third-party write — violates 'nothing leaves the box'. Three options: (1) constitution amendment + opt-in; (2) RECOMMENDED: local .ics export (nothing leaves the box, no amendment, ~80% of value, small slice on top of S7); (3) drop. No code until you pick.

Constitution-safe local .ics export (NOT outbound Google): buildIcs (pure, tested) → VCALENDAR; GET /api/meetings.ics downloads it (verified live: valid VEVENT with DTSTART/SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION); 'ייצוא ליומן (.ics)' link in §6. Nothing leaves the box — no constitution amendment needed. Closing S8.
