Collection context defines "itemsPerPage" which does not exist in the Hydra vocabulary

I can't find itemsPerPage in the Hydra vocabulary at https://www.w3.org/ns/hydra/core#

it seems it was removed HydraCG/Specifications@225aa51

They didn't introduce it again and replaced by a combination of hydra:limit and hydra:offset. But for now I just propose the leave itemsPerPage but use another prefix.

If itemsPerPage is not in the "current public" version of Hydra, I would not recommend to use it at all... is this possible?

It seems to me that another relevant issue is this one: HydraCG/Specifications/issues/42

In my understanding, the property itemsPerPage in an attempt to make the semantics of the resources involved in pagination clearer, as the original design somewhat conflated collections, pages, etc. Perhaps, we can simply remove the property.

@syphax-bouazzouni Do you notice any side effects with doing without the property?
