High throttle twitches

Hy, I need a little help, built 2 brand new quads, Apex with EcoII 2306 2400kv 4S Fettec F7 and Fettec 35A ESC, original Caps, I build quads for a long time now and on this one I’m getting little twitches in high throttle, stock PIDs, just placed my rates, any advisory?
