Take into account localization and display names in the specification

• E.g. 8.4.2 requires the wallet to render display_name, but we need to make it more broad that it can also use the multi-lang hashes (e.g. display_name#nl)
• We need to extend to other claims as well (e.g logo_uri, tos_uri) and that the wallet MAY use the ones linked in Federation spec: https://openid.net/specs/openid-federation-1_0.html#name-informational-metadata-para
• We need to specify the wallet MUST NOT use the OpenID4VP client metadata in the entity configuration for display purposes, but rely on the federation_entityinstead
