add fibocom fm170-eau

Hello QModem team,
I would like to ask for support for the Fibocom FM170-EAU 5G module.
My device can detect the module on OpenWrt, but QModem does not seem to work correctly with it yet.

I'm using the following code to clone the present of fm160-eau for fm170-eau, and it's working. However, I'm not sure if it's okay!

Create a template by copying a FM160 object and append it to the node. Rename the key of the object to fm170-eau (in lowercase).
