[Feature] : inspect directly a model to overcome the lack of info from an inference server

For open-weight models available from Hugging Face (other repo?)

To get the ability to inspect a model without the need to fully download it.
It should be possible to retrieve the model characteristics (loading the model without the weights) and get the architecture (layers, and so on).
