The current documentation requires the user to run the functions in this package as a system Administrator, the latest release of Opal: https://github.com/obiba/opal/releases/tag/5.7.0 added a new role, Audit System for auditing purposes:
Read-only access to some system resources (projects, permissions, user profiles, DataSHIELD settings and logs) for audit purpose, no access to individual-level data.
This new role provides enough permissions to run the auditing functions, generate reports, etc.
