Can we low the gas fee need?

I made a transactions using SHIB,
When I try to send the SHIB back, it will need a small BNB amount.

If I send less than 0.001 BNB the SHIB will never back because out of gas fee.
but if I send 0.001 BNB the SHIB will send back to my wallet but the gas fee needed only 0.000036995
So it will leave the rest 0.000063005 BNB and will never be use again.

How to fix this so the left amount of BNB will be equal as fee need to send
