Steps to Reproduce

Configure fetcharr, then add media to watchlist.

Metadata is not added to Sonarr, resulting in below error:

I have confirmed the "No episode information is available." error in Sonarr only applies on media added using Fetcharr.

I did restart the Fetcharr application and "Failed to retrieve metadata from Plex" error stopped.
But "No episode information is available." in Sonarr is still happening.

When I stop the Fetcharr application and click "Refresh & Scan" in Sonarr, the seasons is loaded. As soon as the sync is happening in Fetcharr the error is back. Clicking the "Refresh & Scan" again loads it back. But as soon as the next sync its gone.

It sounds like a duplicate of #24, which sadly never got a resolution. If I remember correctly, the "No episode information" error in Sonarr could be caused by Fetcharr updating existing entries.

I can't replicate the issue, but try setting update_existing: false in both Sonarr instances.
