Steam Turbine Input

The Steam Turbine still requires an insane 3150mb/t of steam. My friends and I have only were able to supply this with the insane setup linked below. The real problem I have with this issue is that it was brought to your attention 2 years ago, mind you the exact same issue, you resolved later saying that IT had a massive rework. You however have not fixed the issue and have instead closed it without solving it.

The new IT solar tower hasn't been rebalanced for the 3150mb/t value, you're intended to use the IT boilers / TE boiler to produce enough steam. That being said, I'll be rebalancing the solar tower for the new steam production values at some point.

If the intended solution is just to no use the solar tower for now, you should probably update the quest book to not give people false hope that the solar tower would work.
