Add E2E test with Playwright or Cypress

Add one E2E test: open app, ensure campaigns list or empty state loads, optionally click into a campaign. Document how to run.

@devcarole has applied to work on this issue as part of the Stellar Wave Program's 3rd wave.

I would like to work on this issue because adding an E2E test ensures the campaigns list loads correctly and helps catch regressions early in the user flow.

I’ll write a Playwright (or Cypress) test that opens the app, verifies the campaigns list or empty state, and optionally clicks into a campaign. I’ll also document how to run the test for the team.

Can deliver within the expected timeframe.
