Issues with requirements.txt

Hi, I seem to be getting issues when trying to install requirements. Most things install fine until I come across packages with no compatible versions. Anyone having a similar issue?
cubinlinker==0.3.0+2.gce0680b
cuda-python==12.2.0rc5+5.g84845d1
etc.
