Feature Request: Restrict Expiry Time and Download Limit to Predefined Values

We would like to request the ability to restrict the values that users can select for expiry time and download limit when uploading a file.

Specifically:

• Users should only be able to choose from a predefined list or range of allowed values for both settings.
• It should also be configurable whether users are allowed to disable the expiry time or download limit altogether.

Without these restrictions, there's a risk that some users may set extremely high values (or leave them unlimited) which could lead to misuse or resource exhaustion.

Thanks for the feedback! That does sound useful, unfortunately it would require quite a lot of changes. I will keep this open for now, but cannot give an ETA when it will be implemented. If anyone creates a PR for this, I would be happy to merge it.

I would really love this as well.
It makes it easier to give people a way to upload files without being scared about potential disk space issues.

with that being said, a download file size limit would also be a great addition.

You can change your global max file limit either by setting GOKAPI_MAX_FILESIZE on first start or by editing the configuration file. The default is 102400 (100GB).
