[Bug] Changing model folder path does not make Cotabby use that folder

Summary

Changing model folder path to LM Studio does not work, Cotabby keeps looking in ~/Library/Application Support/Cotabby/LlamaRuntime folder.

Environment

• macOS version: Tahoe 26.5
• Cotabby version: 0.4.2-beta
• Cotabby engine: Open Source
• Model name (if Open Source):
• Accessibility permission granted: yes
• Input Monitoring permission granted: yes
• Screen Recording permission granted: yes

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings > Engine & Model
2. Click Use LM Studio
3. Path changes, but error message indicates No GGUF model was found at ~/Library/Application Support/Cotabby/LlamaRuntime.
4. Clicking Open folder opens ~/Library/Application Support/Cotabby/LlamaRuntime

Expected behavior

Model picker shows available models from LM Studio folder

Actual behavior

Cotabby still looks in ~/Library/Application Support/Cotabby/LlamaRuntime for models
