dashboard: add flags

Sometimes, we have specific flags for nodes/devices/interfaces:
for example: "smokeping Y/N" shows if a user wants that this node / device/ip is pingable via smokeping.
This is not visible in the dashboard nor is it being imported from the existing DB (--> @schlatterbeck )
