create a version with openbd

Currently Wheels isn't supported but once it is, it would be awesome to also have a fusegrid with openbd. Maybe a different download.

Road map sees a cfengine independent Fusgrid SDK. The plan is to run a command via terminal to switch the cfengine. There is no set date for this feature.
