app not launching

Issue description

when i try launching the app, one of the two scenarios happen:
1 - if i extracted the files into a specific folder, it briefly gets opened as i see from task manager and immideatly closed
2 - if i try launching from archive, nothing happenes
no other variables i tried (version, administration launch, file location) matters, it all leads to one of the two results

Steps to reproduce

scenario 1:
1 - dowload a version for windows
2 - extract to a pre made folder/in the archive folder
3 - launch the application
scenario 2:
1 - download the version for windows
2 - launch the application from archive

I recommend checking for erroneous antivirus software and if not extract it and run it from powershell it'll prolly print a log and you can also pass it gdre_tools.exe -v (for verbose, printing all the information, you can consult for why its failing to launch)

i don't know how to print out a log, though it did show an issue with an absence of vulkan. is vulkan required for GDRE?
