Validate Boundary coplanarity for Meshes Before Simulation

Some meshes with flat boundaries appear to have non-planar perturbations on boundaries, at least in certain cases. For simulations that require flat boundaries, this could be problematic. An audit or validation script may be needed to detect and handle non-planar boundary surfaces before running simulations.
