Using GET to directly predict ATAC signal from sequence?

Hi,

Thanks for the great tool. We wonder if pretrained GET model checkpoints could be directly used for infering ATAC signals in the trained cell types (213 as mentioned in the paper?) for any given sequences, say provided as FASTA file.

It's not possible now. Working on it day and night and pls stay tuned!
For now you can use ChromBPNet or fine tune a Borzoi model, which are great for this purpose.
